Wihlborgs maintains top ranking in GRESB sustainability assessment
Wihlborgs once again ranks among the top-performing companies in its category in the global ESG assessment GRESB.
GRESB (Global Real Estate Sustainability Benchmark) is an international benchmark assessing the sustainability performance of real estate companies and funds, focusing on areas of particular relevance to investors. The assessment covers both property-level performance and how sustainability is managed and integrated into business operations.
Wihlborgs ranks 3rd out of 21 in the category Diversified Listed Real Estate – Europe, and has increased its overall score slightly. This year, Wihlborgs is assessed in a broader peer group, meaning that this year's ranking is not directly comparable with the 2025 ranking (1st out of 6).
In the Standing Investments category, Wihlborgs scores 90.7 points (89.6), compared with the average of 80.9 points. In the Development category, Wihlborgs improves its score to 95.8 points (93.0), compared with the average of 86.2 points.
GRESB also indicates a positive trend across the real estate sector, with an increasing number of companies improving their scores.
