Wicotec Kirkebjerg makes acquisitions in West Zealand

Wicotec Kirkebjerg A/S, the Aarsleff Group's technical contractor, has entered into an agreement to acquire 100% of the shares in the West Zealand-based company Rent-Tech A/S. In addition to Rent-Tech, the acquisition also includes the subsidiaries Multi-Tech A/S and Asger G. Jørgensen A/S as well as 50.5% of El-Centret Højby ApS. The four companies generated revenue of approximately DKK 700 million in 2025 and achieved EBIT of DKK 88 million.
Multi-Tech provides technical installations and maintenance services to the pharmaceutical and manufacturing industries in its local market, while Asger G. Jørgensen specialises in steelwork and pipework. The companies have departments in Sorø, Holbæk, Kalundborg, Hvalsø and Korsør, employ 500 people and will continue under their current management.

At the same time, we are strengthening Wicotec Kirkebjerg's presence in West Zealand and significantly expanding our capacity with the addition of skilled employees, which provides a strong foundation for serving both existing and new customers,” says Jesper Kristian Jacobsen, Group CEO of Aarsleff.
The total purchase price amounts to a maximum of DKK 597.5 million on a cash and debt-free basis, subject to customary purchase price adjustments. The purchase price consists of a cash payment upon completion of the transaction and a performance-based contingent consideration.
The acquisition is subject to a number of approvals, including approval from the competition authorities, which are expected in the fourth quarter of 2026. The acquisition can therefore not be completed before the beginning of the 2026/27 financial year and will consequently have no impact on the outlook announced for the current financial year.
