New Strategic Advisory Board supports Wellspect HealthCare’s next phase of growth, with external advisors bringing extensive experience in global MedTech, urology, commercial growth and healthcare leadership.
Mölndal, Sweden – August 07, 2026 – Wellspect HealthCare, a subsidiary of Dentsply Sirona and a rapidly expanding global provider of innovative medical devices dedicated to improving the quality of life for individuals with bladder and bowel dysfunction, today announced the appointment of Paul Moraviec and Michael (Mike) Frazzette as external advisors to its Strategic Advisory Board.
The Strategic Advisory Board will provide strategic guidance on Wellspect’s long-term priorities, including market expansion, innovation and growth opportunities in adjacent sectors. While the Advisory Board is comprised of a mix of internal executives and external experts, it is intended to operate as a focused strategic forum that brings together diverse functional expertise and enterprise-wide perspectives to support Wellspect’s continued growth and success. The Board’s creation follows Dentsply Sirona’s previously announced decision to retain Wellspect HealthCare as a portfolio business. It is part of a governance approach designed to support Wellspect with greater focus, accountability, and strategic alignment while enabling Wellspect to operate with the autonomy needed to execute its growth strategy.
