Milan, July 10, 2026 - SG Company Società Benefit S.p.A. (hereinafter the "Company", "SG Company" or the "Group"), the parent company that invests and holds a majority stake in excellent companies in the Entertainment & Communication sector, listed on the Euronext Growth Milan market of Borsa Italiana (ticker: SGC), informs that, within the framework of the own share purchase program authorized by the Ordinary Shareholders' Meeting of April 28, 2026, in the period from July 6 to July 10, 2026, it purchased 4,500 shares at an average gross price of approximately €0.284 per share, for a total consideration of approximately €1,276.5.
The purchases were carried out under the coordination of Intermonte SIM S.p.A., the intermediary appointed with full independence and autonomy for the implementation of the own share purchase program.
