Wärtsilä’s financial information and Annual General Meeting in 2027
Wärtsilä will publish the following financial information in 2027:
- Financial Statements Bulletin January-December 2026 on Friday, 5 February 2027
- Interim Report January-March 2027 on Tuesday, 27 April 2027
- Half-year Financial Report January-June 2027 on Tuesday, 20 July 2027
- Interim Report January-September 2027 on Tuesday, 26 October 2027
The Annual Report for the year 2026 will be published latest on Friday, 19 February 2027, three weeks before the Annual General Meeting.
Wärtsilä’s Annual General Meeting is planned to be held on Friday, 12 March 2027. Wärtsilä’s Board of Directors will summon the meeting at a later date.
