We refer to the notice of exercise of call option published on www.Stamdata.com 11 September 2026 regarding the exercise of Asp Data Center AS' call option to redeem all outstanding bonds under its FRN senior secured NOK 685,000,000 bond issue with ISIN NO0013483438.
The exercise of the call option was subject to certain conditions as set out in the call option notice being satisfied or waived through publishing a press release.
We confirm that the conditions in the call option notice have been waived. The outstanding bonds will be redeemed at a price equal to 105.750 per cent. of the Nominal Amount for each redeemed bond (plus accrued and unpaid interest on the redeemed amount), with expected record date on 23 September 2026 and expected repayment date on 25 September 2026 (provided that the Issuer may postpone the repayment date to no later than 9 October 2026 as set out in the issuer's call option notice).
