On 26 August 2026, DNB Bank ASA (“DNB”) disposed of a total of 21.5 million shares in the VOW ASA (the “Company”) through a secondary placement (the “Placing”), at a price of NOK 2.3 per share for a total transaction size of NOK 49.45 million. The Placing represents approximately 7.4% of the outstanding share capital and voting rights in the Company.
Following the disposal, DNB holds 9,323,328 shares in the Company, representing approximately 3.2% of the outstanding share capital and voting rights in the Company. DNB has consequently fallen below the 10% and 5% reportable thresholds of the share capital and voting rights in the Company.
DNB Carnegie, a part of DNB Bank ASA acted as sole bookrunner in connection with the Placing.
