LAUNCHED BY WEBUILD
RESTART OF THE CONSOB REVIEW PERIOD
Milan, September 8 , 2026 - With reference to the voluntary tender offer launched by Webuild S.p.A. ("Webuild") on all the ordinary shares in Trevi- Finanziaria Industriale S.p.A., announced to the market on July 29, 2026 pursuant to Articles 102 of Legislative Decree No. 58 of February 24, 1998 and 37 of the Regulation adopted by CONSOB Resolution No. 11971 of Ma y 14, 1999, Webuild announces that on September 8, 2026, CONSOB ordered the restart of the review period, which had been suspended with the communication dated August 24, 2026.
The review period will therefore expire on September 17, 2026.
