VNV Global portfolio company Voi secures EUR 150 million revolving credit facility and redeems its outstanding bonds
VNV Global AB (publ) ("VNV Global" or the "Company") portfolio company Voi, a leading European micromobility company, has today entered into a new EUR 150 million revolving credit facility (the "New Facility") with Danske Bank A/S, Swedbank AB and DNB Sweden AB. Voi will use the proceeds from the New Facility to redeem its outstanding senior secured bonds (ISIN: SE0023134952), subject to customary conditions, to refinance its existing unutilised revolving credit facility, and to invest in growing its vehicle fleet.
Voi will today issue a conditional notice of early redemption for all outstanding bonds. The redemption depends on the customary conditions for first utilisation under the New Facility being met. If they are, it is expected to complete on 19 October 2026 at a price of 103.375% of the nominal amount, plus accrued but unpaid interest. The bonds are expected to be delisted from the corporate bond list of Nasdaq Stockholm around the redemption date.
Since its first bond issuance in 2024, Voi has funded its growth mainly through the Nordic bond market. Bringing in three of the Nordic region's leading banks marks a new stage in Voi's financing strategy. It reflects the company's growing financial maturity and gives it access to more flexible and cost-efficient financing as it continues to scale. After the bonds are redeemed, Voi intends to continue its quarterly financial reporting, as well as its sustainability reporting under the CSRD framework.
