(Euronext Amsterdam: VVY; NL00150002Q7) (Vivoryon), a clinical stage company developing small molecule medicines for inflammatory and fibrotic disorders, with a primary focus on kidney diseases, today announced that it will report half year financial results and business updates for the period ended June 30, 2026, on Thursday, August 6, 2026, and that it plans to host its 2026 Annual General Meeting at the end of September 2026. The convocation note and all related materials will be made available on the Company’s website in due time.
