Vivid Seats Celebrates National Fan Day® by Giving Back and Granting Wishes
CHICAGO, Oct. 08, 2026 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Vivid Seats Inc. (Nasdaq: SEAT), a leading marketplace that utilizes its technology platform to connect millions of buyers with thousands of ticket sellers across hundreds of thousands of events each year, today announced its fourth annual National Fan Day celebration, bringing fans together to help grant life-changing wishes and offering more opportunities to experience the live events they love.
In honor of National Fan Day on October 11, Vivid Seats will match donations to Make-A-Wish up to $50,000, helping create joyful, unforgettable experiences for children with critical illnesses and their families. The initiative is in celebration of the renewal of Vivid Seats’ longstanding partnership with Make-A-Wish and is part of the company’s commitment to match donations up to $250,000 throughout 2026.
“National Fan Day celebrates the passion and sense of connection that makes live events so powerful,” said Larry Fey, Chief Executive Officer of Vivid Seats. “This year, we’re channeling that spirit to help Make-A-Wish create meaningful moments for children and families. It reflects what Vivid Seats is all about - helping people experience the joy of live events.”
Fans can support Make-A-Wish and have their donations matched by Vivid Seats at Wish.org/vividseats.
Four Weeks. Four Fandoms. Four Chances to Win.
The celebration continues in the Vivid Seats app, where fans can put their knowledge to the test during four weeks of themed trivia in Game Center. Each week, one lucky winner will receive $1,000 in tickets to enjoy the live event of their choice within that week’s featured category:
- Oct. 11–17: Sports - Marquee matchups, hometown rivalries, and must-see games
- Oct. 18–24: Concerts - Today’s most popular artists and tours
- Oct. 25–31: Comedy - Fan-favorite comedians currently on tour
- Nov. 1–7: Theater - Broadway hits, trending productions, and iconic shows
Fans can enter through Game Center in the Vivid Seats app at corporate.vividseats.com/app/.
Vivid Seats created National Fan Day in 2023 as an annual celebration of the people whose energy, loyalty and creativity bring sports, concerts, comedy and theater to life. The company helps fans experience the joy of live events through its in-app Lowest Price Guarantee, 100% Buyer Guarantee, surprise seat upgrades, free-ticket opportunities, birthday discounts and rewards earned with every purchase.
