VINEXT: THE SHAREHOLDERS' MEETING APPOINTS CESARE BIANCO AS DIRECTOR AND CHAIRMAN OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
PRESS RELEASE
Verona, July 8, 2026 – Vinext S.p.A. ("Vinext" or the "Company"), a company specializing in biotechnology and enology technologies listed on Euronext Growth Milan, announces that the Ordinary Shareholders' Meeting, held today, approved all items on the agenda.
In particular, the Meeting resolved:
• to appoint, following co-optation on June 15, 2026, Cesare Bianco as a member of the Company's Board of Directors. The Director will remain in office until the expiry of the current Board of Directors, i.e., the approval of the financial statements as of December 31, 2027;
• to appoint Cesare Bianco as Chairman of the Company's Board of Directors;
• to grant the Board of Directors the power to determine the remuneration to be paid to Dr. Cesare Bianco, within the limit of the overall remuneration approved by the Shareholders' Meeting on June 18, 2025.
As of today, based on the information available to the Company, Cesare Bianco does not hold any shares in Vinext S.p.A. .
