Vermiculus Launches AI-Powered, Configurable Corporate Action System

VeriAct, Vermiculus corporate action system, enables market infrastructures to manage any corporate action event type through a fully configurable, cloud-native system with complete transparency, automation, and scalability.

Stockholm, Sweden, October 6, 2026. Vermiculus, a global independent provider of market infrastructure technology, today announced the launch of VeriAct corporate action system, a cloud-native solution designed to handle the full lifecycle of corporate action processing.

The corporate action system features fully configurable event types, formulas, and tax rules, allowing organizations to respond quickly to new market demands. Explicit and auditable outcome logic provides complete transparency and traceability throughout the processing chain, while comprehensive notification capabilities keep market participants informed throughout the event lifecycle.

The system is designed to handle both official processing and simulations with equal precision, making it suitable for any system that depends on corporate action results. It efficiently processes complex scenarios by parameterizing any event type invented in the market, while ensuring accurate outcomes and consistent delivery to downstream systems.

The VeriAct corporate action system is used by clients such as B3, one of the world’s largest market infrastructure operators, Built on a microservices architecture, the system offers flexible deployment options and seamless interoperability through message-based integration. Individual components can operate independently, enabling high-performance processing while isolating workloads and simplifying integration with existing market infrastructure environments.
