Verkkokauppa.com Oyj's financial reporting and Annual General Meeting in 2027

Verkkokauppa.com Oyj will publish its financial reports as follows:
- Financial statements bulletin for the year 2026 on Friday 12 February 2027
- Interim report for January–March 2027 on Thursday 22 April 2027
- Half-year financial report for January–June 2027 on Wednesday 14 July 2027
- Interim report for January–September 2027 on Thursday 21 October 2027
- Financial statements bulletin for the year 2027 on Thursday 10 February 2028
The annual reporting package for 2026, comprising the report of the board of directors and the financial statements, the corporate governance statement, the remuneration report, the sustainability review and the company brochure, will be published during the week starting 8 March 2027. Verkkokauppa.com prepares the sustainability review on a voluntary basis, in alignment with the European Sustainability Reporting Standards (ESRS) to the extent considered relevant. The sustainability review will not be subject to external assurance.
The Annual General Meeting is planned to be held on Wednesday 31 March 2027 as a virtual-only meeting. The Board of Directors will summon the meeting separately at a later date. Shareholders who wish to include a matter on the agenda of the Annual General Meeting should submit a written request, together with its grounds or draft resolution, to the Board by 29 January 2027: Verkkokauppa.com Oyj, Board, c/o Board Secretary, Tyynenmerenkatu 11, 6th floor, 00220 Helsinki.
Verkkokauppa.com applies a silent period of 21 days before the publication of the financial statements bulletin, half-year financial report and interim reports. All financial information will be available on the company’s investor website at investors.verkkokauppa.com/en immediately after release.
