Veidekke: Yet another Logistics Facility at Gardermoen
Oslo Airport City and Veidekke Logistikkbygg have landed an agreement for the construction of yet another environmentally certified logistics facility at Oslo Airport Gardermoen. The contract is a design and build project valued at approximately NOK 170 million, excluding VAT.

The new facility will comprise approximately 16,500 square metres and will be certified to BREEAM-NOR Very Good standards. Tenants will include Alier and Circmar AS, while discussions are ongoing with several prospective tenants regarding the remaining space, which can be adapted to accommodate one or multiple occupiers seeking a location at Gardermoen.

A building permit application has been submitted to Ullensaker Municipality.
Construction is scheduled to commence in October 2026, with completion planned for the fourth quarter of 2027.
The contract will be included in Veidekke's order backlog for the third quarter of 2026.
