Veidekke's subsidiary BRA Bygg AB has been awarded the design and build contract for the construction of an 80,000-square-metre facility in Jönköping for Vectura, with Saab as the long-term tenant. The facility is scheduled for completion and occupancy in 2029–2030.
The project will be carried out in close collaboration between Vectura, Saab and Jönköping Municipality. Upon completion, Fastighets AB Balder will acquire a minority stake in the project.

The new facility, comprising more than 80,000 square metres, will be developed with high ambitions for sustainability, innovation and functionality to meet Saab's long-term requirements. The project is being carried out in close cooperation between Vectura, Saab and Jönköping Municipality and marks Vectura's first establishment in the municipality.
By agreement between the parties, the total contract value will not be disclosed. The contract will be included in Veidekke's order book for the third quarter 2026.
