Vegfinans Viken AS, with issuer rating AA (Stable) by Scope Ratings, has issued NOK 1,000 million in a new 3-year bond issue with a coupon of 3 months Nibor + 0.22 % p.a. The new bond will have guarantee (selvskyldnergaranti) from Akershus Fylkeskommune and the Norwegian Government. The net proceeds will be used to finance the project E134 Oslofjordforbindelsen. The bond will be rated. Settlement date is set to 21 September 2026 and the new bond issue will be applied for listing at Nordic ABM. DNB Carnegie and SEB acted as Joint Lead Managers.
