Vegamot AS reassigned AA rating and AA+ on bonds garanteed by owners
Vegamot AS have reassigned AA long-term issuer rating and AA+ on bonds garanteed by owners with stable outlook from Nordic Credit Rating.
Long-term issuer rating: AA Outlook: Stable Short-term issuer rating: N1 Senior unsecured issue rating: AA Guaranteed senior unsecured issue rating: AA+

Debt issued by Vegamot AS is secured by project spesific surety (selvskyldner) guarantees mainly from the two owning counties Trøndelag and Møre og Romsdal.
Future bond issues will be assigned with credit rating AA+ based on the guarantee provided as security.
