Sandnes, Norway, 17 August 2026: The extraordinary general meeting of Vår Energi ASA (the "Company", OSE: VAR) was held today, 17 August 2026, at 15:00 (CEST). The meeting was held as a digital event.
In accordance with the proposals made by the Board of directors, the general meeting approved a dividend of NOK 1.355 per share, NOK 3 382 630 463 in total, equivalent to USD 350 million, relating to Q2 2026.
