DISCLOSURE ON PURCHASE OF OWN SHARES
Rome, July 13, 2026 - Vantea SMART , an innovative IT company and SME, listed on Euronext Growth Milan, a leading national player in Cybersecurity, announces that, as part of the program for the purchase and disposal of own shares, approved by the Shareholders' Meeting on May 28, 2026 (for a period of 18 months from the date of approval by the Meeting), in the period between July 6, 2026 and July 10, 2026 inclusive, it purchased a total of 1,900 shares at a weighted average price of €0.83 per share for a total consideration of €1,585.00.
The purchases of own shares were carried out through Integrae SIM S.p.A., as the intermediary appointed to carry out the operations, in compliance with applicable legal and regulatory provisions and according to the methods, conditions, and terms contained in the authorization for the purchase and disposal of own shares, granted by the Ordinary Shareholders' Meeting.
