UPDATE TO 2026 FINANCIAL CALENDAR
Modena,
6 August 2026 –
Further to
what
disclosed on
5 February upon publication of the consolidated results as at 31 December 2025 and following what announced today , BPER Banca announces an update to its financial calendar for the 2026 financial year. In particular, consistent with what was already indicated on that occasion, it is expected that , during the meeting of the Board of Directors scheduled for the approval of the interim management report as of 30 September 202 6 , a proposal for the distribution of an interim dividend will also be submitted for the Board’s decision. It remains understood that such a resolution may only be adopted in the absence of any contraindications arising from the results of the third quarter
of 202
6 or from the expected results of the fourth quarter
of 202
6
, and
is subject to compliance with all conditions and obligations established by current regulations, as well as any recommendations from regulators regarding applicable capital requirements.
