Update regarding observation status of Primostar Group

Nasdaq Tallinn announces that Primostar Group AS published its interim report for the first half of 2026 on 1 October 2026.

As a result, the circumstance described in Nasdaq Tallinn's stock exchange announcement of 1 October 2026, according to which the issuer had not published its interim report for the first half of 2026 within three months following the end of the reporting period, no longer applies.

The observation status applied to the issuer's securities remains in effect on other grounds previously disclosed to the market.
