Update regarding observation status of Bercman Technologies

Nasdaq Tallinn decided on October 1, 2026 to update the circumstances underlying to the observation status applied to Bercman Technologies shares (BERCM, ISIN code: EE3100076407) on the basis set out in 40.2.2.3. of the First North Rules.

A observation status has been applied to the issuer's securities since July 1, 2026 due to the fact that the issuer had not published the audited report for the 2025 financial year by the deadline set out in the rules.

As of October 1, 2026, Bercman Technologies has also not published its interim 6-month financial report for 2026H1 within 3 months from the end of the reporting period.

The purpose of applying the observation status is to raise the market participants’ attention. The observation status applied to the company on May 5, 2026 is also still in force.
