Update on the tender for the Port of Volos

«Thessaloniki Port Authority S.A.» (ThPA S.A.), following its announcement dated 26.06.2026 regarding the referral to the Hellenic Single Public Procurement Authority (H.S.P.P.A.) of the case concerning the cancellation of the tender for the acquisition of the majority stake in the "Volos Port Authority S.A.", in order to examine on the merits the reasons raised against the decision to cancel the tender procedure, announces the following: 

With its decision no. Σ 1258/2026, H.S.P.P.A. accepted the preliminary appeal of ThPA S.A. and annulled the decision of the Board of Directors of the Growth Fund dated 19.02.2025 to cancel the tender procedure, vindicating ThPA S.A., which had been declared the Preferred Investor. 

Furthermore, H.S.P.P.A. set a deadline for the Grow Fund to comply with the above decision until 31.08.2026.
