Landi Renzo: update on the financial calendar Cavriago (RE), July 31, 2026 – Landi Renzo S.p.A. (the “ Company ”), with reference to the 2026 financial calendar, announces that, taking into account the Negotiated Settlement of the Corporate Crisis (as last extended on February 13, 2026) and the ongoing negotiations with the banking class regarding the financial plan (already disclosed to the market), it deemed necessary to postpone the dates for the approval of the financial statements for the year ended on December 31, 2024, and December 31, 2025, as well as the consolidated half-year financial report as of June 30, 2026, compared with the previous communication to the market on February 26, 2026 (as updated on July 2, 2026), as set out below.

16, 2026 Review and approval of the Consolidated Half-Year Financial Report as of June 30, 2026 The Board of Directors announces that no periodic financial reports will be published as of March 31, 2026, and September 30, 2026, as the most significant information is already contained in the periodic disclosure prepared and communicated to the market as requested by Consob.
The Board of Directors also announces that the Shareholders’ Meetings approving the financial statements for the years ended on December 31, 2024, and December 31, 2025, will be held on October 1st, 2026, and October 26, 2026, respectively, in a single convocation.
Any changes to the above-mentioned timing will be promptly notified to the market.
