UPDATE ON THE EXECUTION OF THE SHARE BUYBACK
PROGRAMME DURING THE PERIOD FROM 2 OCTOBER 2026
TO 8 OCTOBER 2026
Modena – 9 October 2026 . BPER Banca S.p.A. (the "Company" or "BPER"), under the buyback programme communicated to the market on 6 August 2026 and launched on 2 September 2026 as per the authorisation granted by the Shareholders' Meeting of 23 April 2026, informs that it has carrie d out the purchase transactions reported below, pursuant to article 2, paragraph 3 of Delegated Regulation (EU) 2016/1052. The transactions were carried out by Equita SIM S.p.A. in its capacity as the intermediary appointed to execute the programme in full independence and with no involvement of the BPER Group.
The chart below provides aggregate details of the daily purchases of BPER ordinary shares (ISIN IT0000066123) made on the regulated Euronext Milan market, managed by Borsa Italiana, from 2 October 2026 to 8 October 2026.
