UPDATE ON THE EXECUTION OF THE SHARE BUYBACK
PROGRAMME DURING THE PERIOD FROM 18 SEPTEMBER
2026 TO 24 SEPTEMBER 2026
Modena – 25 September 2026 . BPER Banca S.p.A. (the "Com pany" or "BPER"), under the buyback programme communicated to the mark et on 6 August 2026 and launched on 2 September 2026 as per the authorisation grante d by the Shareholders' Meeting of 23 April 2026, informs that it has carried out the purchase transactions reported below, pursuant to article 2, paragraph 3 of Delegated Regulation (EU) 2016/1052. The transactions were carried out by Equita SIM S.p.A. in its capacity as the intermediary appointed to execute the programme in full independ ence and with no involvement of the BPER Group.
The chart below provides aggregate details of the daily purchases of BPER ordinary shares (ISIN IT0000066123) made on the regulated Euronext Milan market, managed by Borsa Italiana, from 18 September 2026 to 24 September 2026.
