UPDATE ON THE EXECUTION OF THE SHARE BUYBACK
PROGRAMME DURING THE PERIOD FROM 11 SEPTEMBER
2026 TO 17 SEPTEMBER 2026
Modena – 18 September 2026 . BPER Banca S.p.A. (the "Company" or "BPER"), under the buyback programme communicated to the market on 6 A ugust 2026 and launched on 2 September 2026 as per the authorisation granted by the Shareholders' Meeting of 23 April 2026, informs that it has carried out the purchase transactions reported below, pursuant to article 2, paragraph 3 of Delegated Regulation (EU) 2016/1052. The transactions were carried out by Equita SIM S.p.A. in its capacity as the int ermediary appointed to execute the programme in full independence and with no involvem ent of the BPER Group.
The chart below provides aggregate details of the d aily purchases of BPER ordinary shares (ISIN IT0000066123) made on the regulated Euronext Milan market, managed by Borsa Italiana, from 11 September 2026 to 17 September 20 26.
