Reference is made to the disclosures in the Jasmine Energy Ltd. (the "Company") 14 % senior secured USD 25,000,000 bonds 2025/2028 Admission Document ("Listing Document") dated 7 September 2026 regarding arbitration proceedings relating to the charterparty for the M/T "PS FALCON" floating storage unit operating in offshore Oman.
The Company refers to the attached announcement published today by its ultimate holding company, Rex International Holding Ltd, which provides an update on the dispute with the owners of the PS Falcon.
The Company will make further announcements as appropriate in relation to any material developments in connection with the foregoing.
