Delay to publication of interim results
The Company announces that, as a result of its ongoing administration, it will not publish its unaudited interim results for the six months ended 30 June 2026 (the "H1 2026 Results") by 30 September 2026, as required by the AIM Rules for Companies. As announced on 30 June 2026, the Company has also not yet published its annual report and accounts for the year ended 31 December 2025 (the "FY25 Accounts").
Administration update
The Company, acting by its joint administrators (the "Joint Administrators"), is currently in discussions with a third party regarding the terms of a possible investment in the Company (the "Proposed Investment"). This follows the Joint Administrators’ review of options to enable Mirriad to exit administration, including a possible sale of the Company’s intellectual property or an equity fundraise. If completed, the Proposed Investment would be expected to enable the Company to repay its creditors, exit administration, finalise and publish the FY25 Accounts and the H1 2026 Results and seek the restoration of trading in its ordinary shares on AIM.
Negotiations remain ongoing and there can be no guarantee that the Proposed Investment will be concluded, nor as to the terms on which it may be concluded.
Trading in the Company’s ordinary shares on AIM remains suspended. Should the Company exit administration, trading will remain suspended until such time as the FY25 Accounts and the H1 2026 Results have been published.
