Update of the percentage of participation of Mr Menelaos Tassopoulos

The company PAPOUTSANIS SA (the Company), according to the law. 3556/2007, Regulation 596/2014 and the Athens Stock Exchange Regulation, each as applicable, informs the investing public that, according to the 18.09.2026 transaction notification submitted by Tassopoulos Menelaos a liable person (CEO and member of the BoD of the Company), the percentage of voting rights controlled directly and indirectly by Mr. Menelaos Tassopoulos amounts today to 25,96% of the total voting rights of the Company's shares (corresponding to 7.035.249 common, registered, voting shares of the Company) as follows:

1. Directly, due to the holding of 1.768.367common, registered, voting shares in the joint investment account "KEM TASSOPOULOS-KARATZA"
2. Indirectly, through the company controlled by him with the name "SAPON MONOPROSOPI S.A." which holds 5.266.882 common nominal voting shares of the Company

It is noted that the aforementioned change, i.e. the increase from 23,79% to 25,96% of the total voting rights of the Company notified to the Company on the basis of the relevant TR1 notification on 18.09.2026 exceeds the limits of article 9 of Law 3556/2007.
