UPDATE OF THE FINANCIAL CALENDAR FOR THE YEAR 2026
In the context of the accurate, valid and timely information of the investing public, and pursuant to Article 4.1.1, item 2 of the Athens Exchange Rulebook and Decision No. 25/15.4.2024 of the Stock Markets Steering Committee of the Athens Exchange, as currently in force, the société anonyme under the corporate name “ILYDA S.A. – COMMERCIAL AND CONSTRUCTION COMPANY OF INFORMATION SYSTEMS AND SERVICE PROVISION” and the distinctive title “ILYDA INFORMATICS S.A.” (hereinafter the “Company”) announces that its Financial Calendar for the year 2026, which was announced on 23 April 2026, is updated as follows.
Specifically, pursuant to Article 2.2 of the aforementioned Decision, the publication date of the Company’s Half-Year Financial Report is added to the Financial Calendar and announced as follows:
- Date of announcement and publication of the Half-Year Financial Report for the first (A) half of the 2026 financial year (01.01.2026–30.06.2026): 10 September 2026 (after the close of the Athens Exchange trading session).
The above Report will be available on the Company’s website (www.ilyda.com) and on the Athens Exchange website.
The Company reserves the right to amend the above dates and/or the content of this Financial Calendar, provided that it informs the investing public in a timely manner by amending this announcement, in accordance with the provisions of the Rulebook.
