UPDATE OF FINANCIAL CALENDAR 2026

In the context of the correct, reliable and timely information of the investors and according to article 4.1.1.in. 2 of the Euronext Athens Rulebook and the resolution 25/15.04.2024 of the Stock Markets Steering Committee of Euronext Athens, the company under the name «FLEXOPACK SOCIETE ANONYME COMMERCIAL AND INDUSTRIAL PLASTICS COMPANY» and the distinctive title «FLEXOPACK S.A.» (hereinafter the «Company») announces that the Financial Calendar for 2026 that was published on 27.04.2026, is updated and in particular the date of publication of the Company's Half-Yearly Financial Report is added and published (in accordance with Article 2.2 of the aforementioned Decision).

Date of release - publication of the Half-Yearly Financial Report for the period of the first (A) half of the financial year 2026 (01.01.2026-30.06.2026): Friday 25 September 2026 (after the close of the Euronext Athens session).

The aforementioned Report will be available on the Company's website www.flexopack.com, as well as on the Euronext Athens site www.athens.euronext.com

The Company is eligible to amend the above dates under the condition that investors are timely informed in accordance with the provisions of Rulebook.
