Seraphim Space Investment Trust - Update note from QuotedData
7 October 2026
Strong NAV growth, more winners emerging
Seraphim Space Investment Trust (SSIT) has continued to make strong portfolio progress. ICEYE's latest funding round confirmed a substantial rise in its valuation, HawkEye 360 has listed, and York Space Systems has acquired ALL.SPACE. SSIT's £137m C share issue provides capital for existing holdings and new opportunities, while Seraphim's New Space ETF could increase demand for its shares.
ICEYE's growth has increased concentration risk, but the manager sees it as the first holding to have "popped", with Xona, Pixxel and Hubble offering significant potential. With the long-term outlook for SpaceTech strong and further growth in net asset value (NAV) expected, we think SSIT's current share price discount to NAV is increasingly hard to justify.
