We wish to inform you that Sanjeev Moghe, Senior Management Personnel, designated as Group Head: Branch Banking - South, has tendered his resignation on October 4, 2026, to pursue an opportunity outside the Bank. He will be relieved from the services of the Bank at the close of business on October 30, 2026, and shall also cease to be a Senior Management Personnel with effect from that date.
The Bank places on record its appreciation for the valuable contributions made by Sanjeev Moghe during his tenure and wishes him the very best in his future endeavours.
A copy of the resignation letter as required under Schedule III, Part A, Para A(7C) of the SEBI Listing Regulations is attached as Annexure A.
The details required pursuant to SEBI Master Circular No. HO/49/14/14(7)2025-CFDPOD2/I/3762/2026 dated January 30, 2026, are enclosed as Annexure B.
