UNIDATA: COMMUNICATION REGARDING PURCHASE OF OWN SHARES
Rome, July 13, 2026 – Unidata S.p.A. (UD.MI), a telecommunications, cloud, and IoT services operator, listed on the Euronext Milan market – STAR Segment, organised and managed by Borsa Italiana S.p.A., as part of the share buyback program communicated to the market on May 11, 2026, and initiated on May 12, 2026, announces that it purchased on the Euronext Milan market – STAR Segment in the period between July 6, 2026, and July 10, 2026, inclusive, a total of 800 own shares (corresponding to approximately 0.0026% of the share capital), at an average price of approximately €2.94, for a total consideration of €2,348.00.
Based on the information provided by Intermonte, the authorised intermediary appointed to carry out the purchases subject to this communication, the summary of the transactions, on a daily basis, in aggregate form, is as follows:
