CHANGE S TO 2026 FINANCIAL CALENDAR
Roma, 18 September 2026 – Unidata S.p.A. (UD.MI) (the “Company ”), a telecommunications, cloud and IoT services operator, listed on the Euronext Milan market – STAR Segment, organised and managed by Borsa Italiana S.p.A., announces , pursuant to art. 2.6.2 of the Regulations of Borsa Italiana S.p.A., a change to 2026 financial calendar, updated on March 16, 2026.
The amendment, approved by the Board of Directors on today’s date , concerns the early convening of the Board of Directors' meeting for the approval of the financial results as of September 30, 2026, from Wednesday, November 11, to Tuesday, November 3 .
The upcoming events of 2026 financial calendar are therefore modified as follows:
Any changes to the above dates will be promptly communicated to the market by the Company.
