UMeWorld Upgrades to OTCQB Venture Market; Engages ARC Group Securities for Proposed Nasdaq Uplisting

MIAMI, Oct. 08, 2026 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- UMeWorld Inc. (OTCQB: UMEW) (“UMeWorld” or the “Company”) today announced that its common stock has been approved for trading on the OTCQB Venture Market, effective October 8, 2026. The Company also announced that it has entered into an engagement agreement with ARC Group Securities, LLC (“ARC”) to support a proposed uplisting to the Nasdaq Capital Market and an associated capital raising initiative.

The Company’s common stock will continue to trade under the symbol “UMEW.”

The OTCQB upgrade marks a milestone in UMeWorld’s capital markets strategy as the Company pursues a national securities exchange listing. The engagement of ARC establishes an investment banking relationship to support the proposed uplisting process. UMeWorld is preparing the corporate, financial and registration materials required for the process, with the objective of broadening investor participation and strengthening access to capital.
