UK Financial Ltd. Announces MAYA3 Loyalty Rewards, Multi-Chain Expansion and MAYA-CHAIN Development

UK Financial Ltd. today announced two MAYA3 token reward initiatives, including a historical loyalty distribution for qualifying long-term Maya Preferred PRA (MPRA) holders and a separate incentive program for recent MAYA3 purchasers. The company also provided updates on MAYA3’s multi-chain rollout, liquidity structure, circulating supply framework, and the planned development of MAYA-CHAIN, an Arbitrum Layer 3 blockchain.
According to UK Financial Ltd., the programs are intended to recognize long-term participation while expanding the utility of MAYA3 across decentralized finance, corporate finance, payment processing, digital payments, the planned Maya Black Card and future retirement-plan distribution services.
Historical 72-Month Loyalty Distribution
UK Financial Ltd. said it is preparing a MAYA3 distribution for investors who continuously held MPRA during the company’s 72-month tracking period. Thursday, July 23, 2026, served as the cutoff date for this retrospective initiative.
To qualify, holders must have maintained an uninterrupted MPRA position during the required period and held their tokens in a MayaPro Wallet by January 13, 2026. The company identified January 13 as the deadline for transferring legacy MPRA holdings from non-MayaPro wallets to qualify for the upgraded ERC-3643 security-token version of Maya Preferred PRA.
The company describes MPRA as the gold-backed, real-world-asset token and preferred-class token of the Maya Preferred Project since 2018. Tokens purchased after the historical cutoff do not qualify for the retrospective reward pool.
UK Financial Ltd. expects the historical distribution process to begin within 90 days. The final percentage, distribution amount, and related terms remain subject to review by the company’s compliance department and will be announced separately after clearance.
Rolling Vesting and Loyalty Framework
UK Financial Ltd. is also establishing a forward-looking loyalty framework for eligible tokenized projects within its ecosystem. Participants who acquire qualifying tokens and transfer them into a MayaPro corporate wallet will enter a rolling vesting matrix.
The company said incentive calculations will occur every three months from the date eligible tokens are deposited into a MayaPro Wallet. Subject to final terms, distributions are expected quarterly following the applicable observation periods. Further eligibility, calculation, record-date and distribution details will be released after compliance review.
New Investor MAYA3 Incentive
UK Financial Ltd. also announced an incentive covering qualifying MAYA3 purchases made on or before Friday, July 24, 2026. Under the announced terms, eligible participants may receive an additional MAYA3 allocation equal to 50% of their qualifying purchase amount.
Participants must have purchased MAYA3 by the July 24 deadline, transfer the qualifying tokens into a MayaPro Wallet no later than August 15, 2026, and continue holding those tokens through the official record date.
The company will announce the official record date, distribution date, and final number of reward tokens after the qualification period ends and the program receives internal compliance clearance.
Market and Liquidity Update
UK Financial Ltd. confirmed that open MAYA3 trading has commenced on Catex Exchange through activity initiated by independent market participants. According to the company, third-party liquidity providers acquired MAYA3 through decentralized exchanges and transferred inventory to Catex to establish trading activity.
UK Financial Ltd. said it will maintain its existing Uniswap liquidity pools and auction listings. Six liquidity pools, each representing approximately 0.25 MAYA3, will remain in place, along with a five-token Uniswap auction listed at approximately $16,000 per token. The company stated that these arrangements will continue under their originally established terms.
Multi-Chain Liquidity Rollout
The company is preparing six independent liquidity pools across Ethereum Mainnet, Base, Arbitrum One, Polygon, Optimism and BNB Chain. Each pool is expected to begin with approximately 0.25 MAYA3, representing a combined allocation of 1.5 MAYA3.
According to the planned structure, each auction contract will use a defined clearing range of approximately $15,000 to $16,000. After a liquidity event concludes, accumulated stablecoin capital may be paired with USDT or USDC held by the corporate treasury to support liquidity on the relevant blockchain.
The structure is intended to create distinct on-chain trading, liquidity and transaction data for each supported network. Live auction information will be available through the native Uniswap Web App across the applicable networks.
MAYA-CHAIN and Ecosystem Infrastructure
MAYA3 is planned as the native gas-fee token for MAYA-CHAIN, UK Financial Ltd.’s proposed Arbitrum Layer 3 blockchain. The company expects the network to support smart-contract execution, cross-chain bridging, institutional data routing, decentralized finance applications, corporate finance tools, payment processing and other ecosystem services.
UK Financial Ltd. has configured an ecosystem wallet identified through the Ethereum Name Service routing handle maya-chain.eth. The company said the wallet will support gas distribution, bridge settlement and token routing within the planned network.
For transparency, the company plans to display the maya-chain.eth address on the MayaPreferred.io project website alongside uk-financial-ltd-corporate-assets.eth and uk-financial-ltd-irrevocable-treasury-vault.eth.
MAYA3 Supply Framework
UK Financial Ltd. states that MAYA3 will maintain a permanent public circulating supply of up to 30,000,000 tokens across six supported blockchains. The intended public allocation is 5,000,000 MAYA3 per network across Ethereum, BNB Smart Chain, Base, Arbitrum, Polygon and Optimism.
The company states that no additional MAYA3 tokens will be created if more blockchains are supported in the future. Instead, existing token allocations would be redistributed across supported networks.
Project-controlled treasury or reserve wallets will be identified separately and used for liquidity development, blockchain integrations, ecosystem expansion, strategic growth and long-term project support.
