Vilnius/Tallinn/Riga, Nasdaq Baltic Market, September 28, 2026 – Nasdaq (NDAQ) announces the admission to trading of UAB Project Lilium bonds on the Nasdaq Baltic First North Market via Nasdaq Vilnius.
The total amount of bonds placed across the Baltic countries amounts to EUR 9.57 million. Each bond has a nominal value of EUR 1,000 and carries an annual interest rate of 8.75%, payable semi-annually. The bonds will mature on 28 September 2028. The company plans to use part of the proceeds to redeem its previously issued bonds, while the remaining funds will be allocated to the development and further expansion of the Tech Zity Vilnius project.
“An increasing number of Lithuanian real estate development companies operating in international markets view the capital market not only as a source of financing, but also as an important partner for long-term growth. Project Lilium demonstrates that Baltic investors have confidence in projects with a clear development vision. On the site of the former Lelija textile factory in Vilnius’ Naujamiestis district, the company is developing the largest technology and creative industries hub in Europe. We believe that the funds raised through the bond issue will support the company in successfully delivering the Tech Zity Vilnius project,” says Gediminas Varnas, President of Nasdaq Vilnius.
“For us, this is first and foremost a sign of investor confidence, not only in our team, but also in the Tech Zity Vilnius concept itself. From the outset, we have been developing this project not as just another office complex, but as a vibrant technology and creative industries ecosystem that brings together work, creativity, events, community and everyday urban life in one place. At the same time, it is important for us to preserve the character of the former Lelija factory and open this long-closed area to the city, giving it an entirely new life. The first part of the project is already operational, so today we can speak not only about a vision, but about a place that is already taking shape and a community that is growing around it. The financing raised will allow us to continue this transformation and steadily deliver the Tech Zity Vilnius project in its entirety,” says Anastasija Pocienė, CEO of UAB Project Lilium.
The distributor of the bonds is UAB FMĮ Evernord, while UAB Audifina acts as the trustee.
