Total Voting Rights
For the purposes of the Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules ("DTRs"), the Company's issued share capital as at 31 July 2026 consisted of 193,824,780 ordinary shares of £0.0025 each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares"), each with voting rights. The Company does not hold any Ordinary Shares in Treasury.
The above figure may be used by shareholders in the Company as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the share capital of the Company under the DTRs.
Notification of Admission of Further Securities to Trading (PRM 1.6.4R)
On 8 July 2026, the Company issued and allotted 111,853 ordinary shares of £0.0025 per share to satisfy awards under the Company's LTIP.
The following notification is made in accordance with The Public Offers and Admissions to Trading Regulations 2024 (POATRs) PRM 1.6.4R.
