Frontier Developments plc
Cancellation of Treasury Shares and Total Voting Rights
Frontier Developments plc (AIM: FDEV, 'Frontier', the 'Group' or the 'Company'), a leading Cambridge-based developer and publisher of video games, announces that it has cancelled 3,947,854 ordinary shares of 0.5 pence each ('Ordinary Shares') previously held in treasury.
The Board believes that cancellation simplifies the Company's capital structure and provides shareholders with greater certainty regarding the long-term benefits of buyback programmes.
Following the cancellation, the Company's issued ordinary share capital comprises 35,530,681 Ordinary Shares and no Ordinary Shares are held in treasury. Accordingly, the total number of voting rights in the Company is 35,530,681. This figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine whether they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company's share capital under the Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
