Transfer of shares from treasury to the EBT

Total Voting Rights

Molten Ventures plc (LSE: GROW) today announces that, in connection with the operation of the Company's employee share plans, 2,386,035 ordinary shares of £0.01 each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") have been transferred from treasury to the Molten Ventures Employee Benefit Trust (the "EBT"). Ordinary Shares held by the EBT will be used to satisfy exercises of certain awards granted to participants under the Company's employee share plans.

Following the transfer, the EBT holds a total of 2,386,035 Ordinary Shares (1.26% of the issued share capital of the Company).

Total voting rights

Following the transfer of Ordinary Shares to the EBT, the Company's issued share capital consists of 189,046,450 Ordinary Shares, of which 14,179,781 Ordinary Shares are held in treasury. Accordingly, the total number of voting rights in the Company is 174,866,669. This figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
