Transactions under the share buyback program related to the employee share savings programme and remuneration for executive management
For the period from and including 19 August 2026 to 24 August 2026 SpareBank 1 Sør-Norge ASA has purchased own shares. Overview of transaction is attached.
The shares have been acquired as part of the Group’s employee share savings programme and for use in remuneration of members of the executive management.

Following the completion of the above transactions, SpareBank 1 Sør-Norge ASA owns a total of 380.430 own shares, corresponding to 0.10 % of the bank’s issued shares.
