REPURCHASE OF SHARES INTO TREASURY

The Company announces that it has today repurchased into Treasury 150,000 Ordinary shares at 435.3333 pence per share.
Following the transaction the Company holds 15,497,049 ordinary shares in Treasury. The shares in issue less the total number of Treasury shares 49,909,226. The Company will only re-issue shares held in Treasury at a premium to net asset value.
