Transaction in Own Shares and Total Voting Rights

On 29 July 2026, the Company purchased, for cancellation, 1,231,462 of its ordinary shares of £0.01 each at a price of 83.84p per share.

As a result, and in accordance with the Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules, the Company confirms that its issued share capital at the close of business on 29 July 2026 is 34,899,129 ordinary shares of £0.01 each. The Company holds no shares in treasury. The total number of voting rights in the Company is 34,899,129.

 The above figure may be used by shareholders in the Company as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the share capital of the Company under the Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
