Transaction in own shares
Schroder AsiaPacific Fund plc (the "Company") announces that on Thursday 23 July 2026 it purchased 50,000 of its ordinary shares at a price of 813.2 pence per share, to be cancelled.
Following this purchase, the Company's issued share capital consists of 125,344,604 ordinary shares of 10p each, the total number of shares in treasury is 0 and the total number of voting rights in the Company is 125,344,604.
The above figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
The Company has engaged Panmure Liberum Limited to act as sole broker to undertake market purchases of its Ordinary Shares pursuant to the authority to repurchase its issued share capital, granted by shareholders at the Annual General Meeting held on 29 January 2026.
