Bank of Ireland Group plc ("BOIG") today announces that in the period 7 September 2026 to 11 September 2026 it purchased the following number of its ordinary shares (the "shares") on Euronext Dublin, from BOIG's broker, J&E Davy ("Davy"). The shares purchased will be cancelled.
