Trading Update
LPA Group plc, the innovation-led engineering company that designs and manufactures electronic and electro‑mechanical components and systems, is pleased to announce a trading update for the current financial year ending 30 September 2026 (“FY26”).
The Company has experienced strong trading, resulting in increased revenue, and adjusted earnings for FY26 are now expected to be ahead of current market expectations.
In addition, reported profit before tax for FY26 will benefit from exceptional income arising from the accelerated payment on a contract due to a change in customer requirements. The Company’s guidance for FY27 remains unchanged.
Philo Daniel‑Tran, Chief Executive Officer, commented:“The strong performance achieved in the first half of the financial year has continued into the second half. As a result, I am pleased to report that the Group is now expected to achieve revenue and profits for the financial year ending 30 September 2026 ahead of previous market expectations. Looking ahead to the next financial year we have a healthy pipeline of opportunities, and our continued move to a ‘One LPA’ remains on track. While we remain mindful of ongoing inflationary pressures and the uncertain macroeconomic environment, the strength of our balance sheet gives us confidence that the Group is well positioned for the future."
