ELIXIRR INTERNATIONAL PLC
("Elixirr", the "Company" or "Group")
Trading Update and Appointment of Joint Corporate Broker
Elixirr International plc (ELIX.L), an established global, award-winning challenger consultancy, is pleased to provide a trading update following the end of the six-month period ended 30 June 2026 ("H1 26").
In its annual results announcement on 20 April 2026, the Board confirmed that Q1 2026 was a record revenue quarter for the Group. Q2 2026 also delivered record quarterly revenue, resulting in H1 26 revenue of £89.0m, up 25% on H1 25 despite a 4% weakening in the USD/GBP exchange rate compared to the comparable period.
H1 26 Adjusted EBITDA increased 29% to £27.6m, while the Adjusted EBITDA margin improved by 100bps to 31.0% (H1 25: 30.0%).
Across the period the Group continued to see strong demand for commercial transformation and technology services, with further, significant growth in AI-related revenue.
The Group will announce its interim results for the six months ended 30 June 2026 on 21 September 2026.
Elixirr also announces the appointment of Canaccord Genuity Limited as joint corporate broker to support its continued expansion, including in the US market and for visibility with North American investors. Canaccord will work alongside Cavendish Capital Markets with immediate effect.
Commenting on demand for AI services, Stephen Newton, Founder & CEO, said, "Following more than 260% growth in AI-related revenue in FY 25, we have continued to see strong demand for our AI consulting services in H1 26. External industry research estimates that agentic AI could generate up to $200 billion of net new demand for technology services over the next five years and identifies businesses that help clients adopt, deploy and scale AI as 'AI enablers', a group positioned to benefit primarily through revenue growth. Following our deliberate growth strategy over the past 6 years in consulting, AI, data and technology, we remain perfectly positioned to take a lead in this AI enabler group."
He added, "We are now actively supporting clients as they move from experimentation to scaled deployment. For example, we have supported one of our multinational clients in launching a new 'AI-native' business in under 6 months, with the build of a new technology platform that will have 95%+ automation and reduce the cost to serve by over 60%. We expect similar demand to continue to accelerate and Elixirr is well positioned to capture this expanding market opportunity. Delivering more revenue and EBITDA in H1 26 than we did in full year FY 23 shows just how fast we are growing."

About Elixirr International plc
Elixirr is an award-winning global consulting firm working with clients across a diverse range of industries, markets and geographies. Founded in 2009, the firm set out to be the 'challenger consultancy' and do things differently than the large corporate consultancies dominating the industry: working openly and collaboratively with clients from start to finish, delivering outcomes based on innovative thinking, not methodology, and treating each client's business like their own. Elixirr was quoted on the AIM market of the London Stock Exchange in 2020 and listed on the Main Market of the London Stock Exchange in July 2025. In addition to strong organic growth, Elixirr has acquired nine boutique firms - Den Creative, Coast Digital, The Retearn Group, iOLAP, Responsum, Insigniam, Hypothesis, TRC Advisory and Kvadrant Consulting - to grow the Group's capabilities, diversify the business, expand into new geographies and access new clients.
